All employees who consistently work for us one year or more are provided with company paid health insurance, dental, short term disability and long term disability insurance.
All employees who consistently work for us one year or more are eligible, and strongly encouraged, to participate in the Company’s 401(k) savings plan, with a fully vested company match.
Each year on the employee’s hiring anniversary, the individual can receive a bonus equivalent to one week pay that can be used for vacation or sick leave for the upcoming year.
